BRITISH DISCUSS PLANS BEPOET FROM THE TREASURY [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Jan. 13. It is understood that plans for the Lausanne Conference on Reparations were discussed at a meeting of Cabinet The Chancellor of the Exchequer who attended, is in possession of a report received from Sir Frederick I Leith. Ross, of the Treasury.
