BAKING POWDER SLOGAN AN INJUNCTION SOUGHT I Per Press Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 23. •' Tins of baking powder formed exhibits in the Supreme Court this morning when T. J. Edmonds, Ltd., Christchurch, sought an injunction to restrain the Self-Help Co-op., Ltd., of Wellington, from using the words “bound to rise.” and from passing off goods not manufactured by plaintiff as goods made by it. It was alleged that there had been an infringement of plaintiff’s trade nark whieh contained the words “sure to rtsc.” Tho defence was a denial of any infringement.
