NEW ZEALAND ESTATE PROVISION OF THE WILL. [ Per Press Association. ] AUCKLAND, Oct. 14. The Earl of Orford’s New Zealand estate has been sworn at £75,000. lleirJoons of tho Walpole family are left to liis wife, and upon tho death ot the •countess they are to be handed over to the trustees of the Earl of Orford’s Norfolk estate. Tho sum of £5OOO is to be set aside to be invested, the income accumulating, until his daughter, Lady Aunc Walpole, attains the age of 21 years, when the income will be paid to her for life. After Lady Anne’s death the capita! is to be shared equally among
such of her children as have reached 21 years. The early left the whole of his residuary estate to pay an annual income to his wife. After her death the capital and investments are to bo transferred to the trustees of the Norfolk estate.
