WANGANUI CLUB’S CHALLENGE | CASTLECLIFF DEFENDERS i The last match of the season for th« , Nathan Cup w ill be played on Saturday at the Castlccliff jinks against the Wanganui Golf Club, this being the second challenge lodged by the Belmont Club this season. If Castlccliff 1 succeeds in retaining the trophy in ‘Saturday’s match it will bo taken on tour next season, when the matches will be played on the challengers ’ links. Players are requested to note that Saturday’s games will commence at 1.30 p.m. The following is the Wanganui Club’s team: —P. G. Jackson, E. P. V. Sealey, R. Lawrence, A. Deig. J. B. Jack, W. 11. Swanger, G. 8. Gordon, R. E. Cuthbertson, H. J. Grieve, D. L. Blyth, D. R. Robertshaw. R. G. Handley. Emergencies: E. Poynter, J. V, Blyth.
The Castlccliff team will be chosen from the following: J. H. Deem. J. Broad, H. W. Butler, R. R. Dawson, H. N. Trigger, K. H. Houneell, R. Cook, W. B. Smith, W. Gaskell, L. Wilson, L. B. Haywood, J. H. Ross. J. C. Brown, T. Ruane.
