DOMINION UNION CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES The Dominion Wrestling Union has prepared the following programme in connection with the amateur and professional championships:
Amateur: The New Zealand championships to take place at Wellington on November 2 and 3.
Professionals: The following matches have been booked and will be staged as set out subject to circumstances. At Auckland: Pasha v. McDougall, Pinto v. Meeske.
At Wellington: Pasha v. Walker. Other matches to be staged at Auckland or Wellington as can b<e arranged include Meeske v. McDougall, Pasha v. Meeske, Pinto v. Walker, Walker v. Meeske, and the final. Other matches pending will be at Palmerston North, Hamilton (Walker v. Zurich, October 15), Greymouth, Nelson (Alley v. Meeske), Dunedin, and Christchurch.
No wrestler will be eliminated till the end, and all matches will carry the 10 per cent, "cut” for relief of unemployment.
