RANDWICK TRAINING. SYDNEY, Sept. 26. Some useful gallops were recorded on the course proper at Randwick this morning. The shurdles were out forty feet, and the going was holding owing to rain. Ammon Ra went better than Veilmond over a mile and a-quarter in 2 min. 9sec. Phar Lap pulled up when going fast owing to a mishap to his gear. Rondalina covered six furlongs in Imin, 20sec. nicely, and Gesture also equalled this time. Chide and Autumn Leaf did eleven furlongs in 2min. 29Jsec. Autopay spurted two furlongs in 26 sec., and Wild Time three furlongs in 40sec. Vali had Carry On for a mate over nine furlongs in 2min. Concentrate beat Oration and Lavington over a mile in Imin. 47£sec. Chief Joy and Kodapen registered Imin 18sec. for six furlongs, all out. Chatham and Staroff ran half a mile in 50|scc. Tom Pinch took 55sec for a similar task. Stately covered six furlongs in Imin. ISsec. nicely.
