James Rennie, who has the leading role in *’The Girl of the Golden West,” —the First National and Vitaphone drama which will be shown here shortly, —was a flying instructor in the Royal Air Force "of the British Army during 1917-18. “Girl of The Golden West’ 7 which, as a stage play was considered David Belaseo’s outstanding success, s a story that is vital in its simplicity and stark in its revelation of human passions running high against a background of love. Beautiful Ann Harding has the starring role in this production.
