CARE AT INTERSECTIONS
When approaching cross roads, which way do yo look first to see if any traffic is likely to cross your path!* Most people would answer ‘"to the left,” and they would be doing the wrong thing. Approaching a cross-road one naturally slows down. The first glance for traffic on the bisecting road should be to the right, for you are crossing the path of a car on your right before you cross the path of a car on your left. A little reflection will show that this js the safest rule to adopt. The majority of people reverse it. And here is another tip which, if universally adopted, would save many a crash. When in doubt, I stop. Never take the slightest chance of getting across.
