Received Aug. 13, 7.50 p.m. LONDON, Aug. 13. The Daily Mail’s Rouen correspondent says that the Archbishop of Rouen, Monsignor Villcrablc, sternly condemned sun bathing on beaches. Women and girls should not wear cut- < away bathing costumes and should wear wraps until they enter the water and not remain on the beach after bathing.
