SHORT TERM CREDIT PLAN THREE MONTHS STABILISATION [British Official Wireless.] Received Aug. 13, q. 50 p.m. RUGBY, Aug. 12. A Basle message states that preliminary conversations have taken place between the bankers’ representatives and the committee of experts set up by the International Bank with a view to the signature, on Friday, of the protocol which would stabilise, for three months, short. term credit to Germany of about £125,000,000.
