ADDINGTON RESULTS. METROPOLITAN MEETING WIN FOR GLENROSSIE (Per Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 12. The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club’s August meeting was con tinned to-day. The weather was bois terous with a nor'-west wind for the early races, after which the wind die<J down. The attendance was good ant the track in fast order. The tote investments were £25,583 10s ; comparec with £37,158 10s last year. The total ior the two days was £45,867, comparec! : with £60,569 10s last year. ! Boneta led into the straight from Gemlight, Lady Fan, Repute and Merce Bingen and won by a length from Gemlight, with Lady Fan three lengths away and Repute fourth. Times: 3.27 1-5,* 3.28, 3.29 3-5.
