MAGISTRATE’S COURT
UNDEFENDED CIVIL CASES Judgment for the plaintiff was given in the following undefended civil vases at the Magistrate’s Court at Wanganui on Tuesday:—Distributers Ltd. v. A. E. Petherick, £2O 7s 6.1; Wanganui Wire Mattress Co. Ltd. v. T. Sunderland, £lO 16s 3d; A. s. King v. S. E. Currcen, £9O 10s 4d. Judgment Summonses. Judgment summonses were as follows: C. Sturzacker was ordered to pay W. 11. Braddock and Son £62 15s lOd in default 63 days’ imprisonment, warrant suspended so long as ho pavs £2 a month. L. Collings was ordered to pay the Investment Co. £B2 J2s 6d, warrant to be suspended so long as he pays 10s a week.
