interesting discussions There was the largest attendance recorded this year at the monthly meeting of the Ministers’ Association held last Monday night in the Y.M.C.A. Hall. The president tendered a welcome to Air 1. Purnell, of Honolulu, and invited him to address tho meeting. In an interesting talk lasting only a tew minutes, Air Purnell outlined the religious problems of the city of Honolulu, with its population of 122,000 of mixed peoples, most Oriental. Papers on the Anglican Communion were presented by Reverend Bianchi and Reverend Dobbs. Free discussion took place upon the historic continuity of the Episcopate. On the conclusion of the discussion, a vote of thanks was accorded to Mr Purnell, and also to the writers of the papers.
