Pretty girls, strong-shouldered with tanned complexions and wearing overalls and berets, mixed with bearded men, fresh-faced youths, stout elderly ladies and plain young women in homespun and Russian boot, all sharing two qualifications—none have been outside Russia previously and all represent tho cream of Russia’s “economic warirors.’’

They arc making a month’s tour as a reward for service, visiting, in addition to London. Genoa and Constantinople. They will not visit hotels, but, are living on board the steamer during tho whole voyage in accommodation rivalling the crack Atlantic liners.
