Dr. T. H. Sprott, Bishop of Wellington, will visit Wanganui on Sunday, August 16, to hold a service at the JSlatarawa Church, when the font, donated b/ Airs Bramwell, of Napier, in memory of her late father and mother, Thomas and Catherine Me William, will be dedicated.
Ampng the guests at Foster’s Hotel last night were Messrs H. R. Gunn, G A. Hardley, D. H. Ciochetto, A. H Os win and W. J. Truscott (Auckland). Messrs N. Murray, L. J. Clark A. Sim and Mr and Mrs T .. C. Rossiter, Mr and Mrs E. L. Kaula (Wellington), Messrs J. H. Hinds, G. S. Calcs and P. S. Bennett (New Plymouth), Mr A. L. Wilkinson (Christchurch), and Mr EP. Duncan (Taihape).
