CHAMBER OF COMMERCE WANGANUI SUCCESSES In connection with the commercial examinations held under the auspices of the Wanganui Chamber of Commerce special prizes have been awarded to the following, for having passed with honours in more than one subject:— Patricia Hart, second aggregate (Wanganui and Wellington) shorthand. Gwendolyn C. Norton, honours shorthand 90 words per minute, honours typewriting junior, distinction handwriting.

Audrey M. Gleeson, honours, short hand 80 words per minute; distinction, typewriting junior; pass, book-keeping junior. Ida M. Rogers, distinction, shorthand 120 w’ords per minute; distinction, typewriting junior; pass, book-keeping junior.

Edna Ginn, distinction, shorthand 90 words per minute; distinction, typewriting junior; pass, book-keeping junior.

It is the intention of the Wanganui Chamber of Commerce to hold further commercial examinations on the same lines as last year. They will be held in November next.
