Dalgety ami Company. Ltd., report having a good yarding of fat sheep and a moderate yarding of stores at their Feilding sale on Friday. Fat ewes showed- an advance in price, wethers I and lambs remained firm. There was also a good yarding of dairy cattle and a fair entry of store cattle, and prices were on a par with last week’s rates. Quotations: Fat lambs 10s Bd, Ils lOd, 12s 4d, 14s (id, 15s, 16s; fat ewes 9s Id, 10s, Ils lid, 13s lOd, 14s Id, 14s 8d; fat wethers 14s 6d, 16s 2d; empty store ewes 5s 2d; 2-tooth ewes r.w. S.D. rams, good, 18s; wether lambs 8s Id; springing heifers £3 Jos, £4 ,10s, £5 5s to £6 10s; springing cows £4 10s, £5 10s to £6 ,15s; empty cows 255, 30s to 355; small Jersey cross heifers r.w.b. 31s to 355; empty Shorthorn heifers £2 ss; fat cows £2 12s 6d, £3, £3 15s to £4 15s.
