CONVENIENT THEATRE SEAT

A new theatre seat with a pivoted back, recently introduced in Seattle, will make sleeping more comfortable through a dreary production. When a belated arrival tries to squeeze into x row of seats the occupants do not have to rise to let him by. Remaining seated, persons push against tho back rests of their seats, moving them to a vertical position ami increasing the space between their knees and the backs of the scats in front.
