A WATERSIDE HOLD-UP “BLACK” COAL REFUSED. [ Per prebfl Assrciatlon. ] DUNEDIN, June 26. A private telegram states that tlx Westport watersiders this morning de dined to load any coal from the mine declared “black” —those working oi the tribute system. The Komata, which was to have load ed to-day, was consequently held up It is understood that the crew of th< vessel also intimated that they wouh not carry the coal if put on board b; others than watersideTS. Tho Railway Department, which i controlling the Westport loading, there upon decreed that if the Komata wa not loaded no other coal would b< loaded.
