QUEEN HELEN ILL. CAROL REJECTS REQUEST. LONDON, June 25. The Daily Express’ Vienna correspondent states that advise has been received from Bucharest to the effect thai Queen Helen is ill and is suffering from an overdose of veronal. Officials of the household explain that, the illness was due to the accidental mixing of the medicine bottles. It is reported that foreign diplomats, including the British, have approached King Carol and urged him to permit th? Queen to remain with her son. The*. King, however, is stated to be adamant.
