Beiliss Testimonial.
With the laudable intention of presenting a testimonial to Mr E. A. Beiliss, the Wanganui Rugby Union will have collection boxes placed at the gate of Spriggens Park on the day of the representative match with Southland (July 15). Interest in Cricket Test. Considerable interest is being taken by cricket enthusiasts in the Test match which will be played at Lord’s. England, between the touring New Zealand eleven and the representatives of England. The nows concerning the first day’s play will not arrive in the Dornin ion until to morrow night and will ap pear in the ‘‘Chronicle” on Monday morning.
