MOST FATAL HOURS
‘ A writer who undertook to investigate the popular notion that certain hours during the 24 arc more fatal Io life than others ascertained the hour of death in 2888 instances of all ages from a mixed population, during a period of Tho maximum hour of death was found to be from 5 to 6 u.m., when it is 40 per cent, above the average; and ihe. minimum during the, hours from 9 to II p.m. in the evening, when it is 64 per cient. below the average.
