The latest proposal is to rebuild Emerson Street, southern side, in on< building of two storeys, .he upper of which will stand ten feet further back than the ground fl-»or, providing a boulevard. It is claimed that the whole street, let in one contract, will save much money ir party walls and building expenses generally.
