PING PONG. A match was played between Flock House and Bulls Clubs in Clifton Hall on Tuesday evening, Bulls winning by 62 games to 38. After supper had been served Mr T. Lane, president of the Bulls Club, thanked the visitors for coming to Bulls, and took the opportunity of wishing success in his new sphere to Mr V. Goodall, one of their most formidable opponents, who will be greatly missed from all sports and pastimes connected with Flock House. HOCKEY. Owing to the wet weather the match arranged between Bulls and Rata ladies had to be postponed on Wednesday. REFORM MEETING. On Tuesday evening Mr J. Linklater, M.P., met representatives of the principal centres of his electorate in Bulls, and tho Reform organiser, Mr W. Til ton-Mist, was also present. It was decided to hold the annual general meeting of the Bulls-Sansou branch of the Reform Party in Bulls on June 30, when the organiser will address the meeting. BRIDGE DANGEROUS. Motor mishaps on the Rangitikei River bridge at Bulls are of almost daily occurrence, and on Sunday morning, and again yesterday, cars camo to grief through skidding and striking the side railings. Fortunately the rails have stood the strain so far, but when a fatality occurs something will be done to eliminate the danger. The decking of tho bridge is slippery and uneven, and motorists should exercise the greatest of care when approaching the structure, particularly from the south, where the road drops slightly.
