ROTARY CONFERENCE
PLEA FOR DISARMAMENT. VIENNA, June 23. The Rotary Conference has opened. Representing 61 nations there are 700 delegates. One of the British delegates, Account Cecil, passionately pleaded foi disarmament. He said mai Rotary was the cultivation of friendliness, and Rotarians were the cream of the professional and commercial classes. l'n> Disarmament Conference’s success was vital to everything for which Rotary stood.
