SWIMMING
ACROSS THE CHANNEL NEW ZEALAND ASPIRANT. MISS COPPLESTONE IN LONDON. LONDON, June 22. The New Zealand swimmer, Miss Lily Coppiestone, interviewed by the Daily Herald, states that she will attempt to swim the Channel during the first week in August. “I have left my trainer behind, and do not know a soul in London,” she said.
