The Wanganui -Metropolitan Rugby Union will advance their senior coni petition a further stage next Saturday, when the principal match on Spriggens Park will bo the meeting of Pirates and Wanganui and Old Boys at 2.50 p.m. In the early game, commencing at 1.30 p.m.. Kaierau and Ratana will meet, while at Williams Park. Wanganui East, Technical Old Boys and Marist will try conclusions. In the lower grades the only matches to be played will be the Collegiate ground matches postponed from June 13, in addition to that between County and Collegiate. Three fourth grade, one fifth and one sixth grade will bo played. The following are the fixtures and grounds, together with the referees appointed : Senior. Wanganui and Old Boys v.
