FLOODS IN TASMANIA
MAN LOSES HIS LIFE. FALL OVER BROKEN BRIDGE. Received Juno 21, 5.10 p.m. HOBART, June 21.. Serious floods have followed continuous heavy rain in the northern parts of tho State. All the rivers arc heavily swollen and traffic is dislocated. A bridge at Fingal was washed away and a man walked over the end of the bridge in tho darkness and was drowned.
