MATARAWA HILL CLIMB The record for tho Matarawa hill climb was broken by two seconds on Saturday afternoon by P. Nuttall, on a Royal Enfield machine, when the Wanganui Cycle Sports Club held an afternoon’s racing. Nuttall covered the course in 49 4-ssec, which was two seconds better than the time previously established by P. Coleman, who did not compete on Saturday. Tho result of the championship scratch race was as follows: Nuttall (Royal Enfield) 1, Wagstaff (Norton) 2, Summers (Rudge) 3. Handicap Race.—Summers (Rudge) 1, Nuttall (Royal Enfield) 2.
