SUGGESTION FROM FRANCE CESSATION OF BRITISH RIGHTS Received June 19. 11.45 p.m. LONDON, June 19. The Morning Post’s diplomatic correspondent understands that following an original suggestion from France, secret negotiations have recently been progressing between France and Great Britain with a view to the latter‘s cessation of rights in the New Hebrides.
