WEATHER FORECAST
General Hituulion.—Au anti cyclone is moving on to the Dominion. A moderate depression is centred just east of Bass Strait. Forecast. — Winds: Southerly in and north of Cook Strait, still strong; between Napier aud East Cape, but elsewhere moderate and decreasing everywhere. A’ariable over the South Island, with northerlics prevailing and extending to-morrow to Cook Strait. Seas (N.Z. waters): Still rough between Cape Campbell and East Cape and about Cook Strait, but decreasing; elsewhere moderate. Eastern Tasman Sea: Variable winds, later tending northerly; seas smooth to moderate. Weather: Further showers in eastern districts between Cape Palliser and l>ist Cape, otherwise fine. Cold night temperatures with many frosts, but milder to-morrow.
