MISHAP WITH GUN
FARMER FATALLY HURT [ Per Fres.« Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, June 18. Bernard McKenzie Smith, a f rmer of Waitoi Peaks, near Haward 'n, was found early this afternoon lying on the ground . t Mason’s Flat with a gunshot wound in his chest. He died half an hour later. A shot gun was found near him.
