PLANS FOR POLAR FLIGHT NO MEETING WITH WILKINS BERLIN, June Ji. Dr. E' kner announces that the delay caused by the breakdown of Sir 11. Wilkins’ submarine will prevent their meeting at the rendezvous in the polar regions. The Zeppelin will start on July 20. The first hop will be to Leningrad and thence the Polar cruise of fiv< days. He will not attempt to reach tic Pole. I'pon its return the Zeppelin will make a Houston flight to Brazil.
