MANAWATU ASSOCIATION COMPREHENSIVE EXHIBITION The feathered fancy was strongly , represented at the Manawatu Poultry Association’s exhibition at the National Dairy Show at Palmerston North, record entries and birds of outstanding quality combining with other features to make the display an eminently attractive one. The keenest interest was taken in the show, at which North Island Poultry, Pigeon and Canary Association championships w r ere allotted for "working homers (male and female), magpies, fantails, White Runner ducks. Norwich Canaries, C.F. and light male (c. 0. Valuable trophies were competed for. including eighteen handsome silver cups, numbers of shields and numerous special trophies. There w’ere some excellent pigeons in the exhibition, while the fancy and utility poultry classes were good.
