REDUCED FREIGHT RATES
CASINGS AND TALLOW [ Per Preae Association. ) WELLINGTON, July 17. The Meat Producers’ Board announces a further reduction in the freight rate on tallow, the new rate (as from July) being 67s lid a ton. A reduction has also been made m the shipping freight Tate on casings to the United Kingdom from 100 s to 90s a ton as from July 1. AU the rates named are plus the usual primage.
