WEAK POLICY CONDEMNED BU R M ESE M URD ER EKS CALCUTTA, June 14, Dissatisfaction at tho weak and vacillating policy of the Government was expressed at a meeting of the Committee of the United Provinces Branch of the European Association. Speakers expressed the opinion that it was impossible for Europeans further to support tho Government unless determined measures were adopted to cope with tho growing disorders. Mr J. F. Sale, district Magistrate, at Cawnpore, who was severely censured recently in connection with the Cawnpore riots, has been replaced by Captain A. W. Ibbotson. The special Bench of the Rangoon High Court dismissed the appeal of fifteen men sentenced to death in connection with the rebellion at Dcdaye in January.
