English Sire Fees A statement was recently made in a section of the American Press that Blandford (sire of the Derby winners Trigo and Blenheim) was the “highest feed stallion at the stud in the British Isles?’ Blandford’s fee is 400 guineas, and his list is full for 1931 and 1932. Solario, however, is standing at 500 guineas, and his list is full for 1931 and 1932. Tetratema - also standing at 500 guineas. Trigo i' at 400 guineas, and others whose fees are 400 guineas are Buchan, Hotweed (French Derby winner), Gay Crusador, Grand Parade (Derby winner), and Pommern. Son-in-Law (premier sire in 1924 and 1930) is at 300 opineas. The highest-feed sire annou/ict d in A-nierica is Black Toney, £lOOO. One cr two are at £6OO. and quite Ip, number at fr° m £3OO to £4OO. A Water Bottle means sound sleep, refreshing rest —just that. And “Unique” lasts a lifetime—Advt.
