SCENES DURING THE REVOLT IN SPAIN.— The reign of the Bourbons in Spain ended when the recent revolt was successful, these scenes being taken in Madrid in the course of the skirmish which took place between the Republicans and the Royalists. The photographs show the police, at that time still loyal to the King, attempting to disperse the crowd which had assembled in the Puerto del Sol after the recent elections, which brought matters to a head.
