As is always evident at a fancy dress dance, pixies Indians, sailors, fairies, devils, cats, princesses and walking advertisements mixed indiscriminately, while it wa~ hard to see sedate grey and blue clad nurses and others in the romping young sters who were so evidently enjoying themselves. Supper has always proved the attraction for the kiddies, and lor a little while tongues were quiet while justice was done to the wonderful array oi edibles spread before them. Holly ber lies and chrysanthemums and red fob age were tastefully arranged in vaseon tho tables, while multi-coloured streamers added to the gaiety in the hall itself. The committee had worked unceasingly to make the evening a happy one, and there is no doubt that they succeeded. Assistance with the kiddies on the floor was given by Messrs Boyne, Dalrymple and Christen sen, while several of tho teachers from tho school lent a willing and happy hand.
