THE WINTER MEETING. | JEKVOIS HANDICAP DIVISIONS. AUCKLAND. May 23. Owing to the large number of acceptors for the Jervois Handicap, to be run on June 3 at Ellerslie on the opening day of the Auckland Racing Club’s winter meeting, pie race will be run in two divisions, these being the lirst and the third events on the card. The winner of each separate race will receive £2OO, the second horse £7O, and the third £3O. The following are the divisions: First Division. —Vandyke 10.3, Te Hoia 9.3, Trishna r.’J, Valcuir 9.0, Catoma 8.9, Indolent 8.5, Taurua 8.2, King Ford 8.2, Good Idea 8.0, Perennis 7.11, Principal 7.10, L’Allegro 7.7, Full Measure 7.4, Valreina 7.3, Gold Lily 7.3, Trustee, British Princess, Day Coma, Catchem, Valadore, Roybal England 7.0. Second Division.—Pewa 9.6, Jae.ldy Karo 9.2, Rafflight 8.12, Royal Survey 8.9, First Lap 8.6, Gay Lap 8.4, Valmarie. Grand Spirit 8.2, Tambourine 7.13. King Win 7.11. Bronze Tray, Lord Vai 7.9, To Money 7.6, Alloy 7.4, Grand Talk, 8e Ngeru 7.3, Wild Country, Fairy Belle, Emancipation, Lady Court 7.0.
