NO REVISION POSSIBLE. HERR BRUENING’S OPINION BERLIN, May 11. Herr Bruening speaking at K’.oppcti burg, said it was erroneous to believ? that a revision of the reparations settlements was possible before Germany put her own house in order. This could not he achieved by sounding bugles and beating drums. These methods had been adopted over the Austrian Customs Union, and might have created a misconception of the p'ans and objects.
