KING CAROL’S DECISION
QUEEN FORCED TO LEAVE PARIS, May 8. “Pertinax,” writing in the Echo de Paris, declares that Madame Lupcscu’s presence at the Palace at Bucharest has caused a decisive breach between Carol and Queen Helena, who was compelled to go to Belgrade lust night, although her son is seriously ill. Carol, in an interview with a French journalist, denied the possibility of a dictatorship.
