BRITAIN’S PAYMENTS HUGE SUM OUTSTANDING [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Dec. 14. The payment of 94,390,000 dollars is being made to-morrow by the British Government to the United States Treasury, of which sum 28,000,000 dollars is on account of repayment of principal, the balance being interest.
