BRITAIN’S PAYMENTS HUGE SUM OUTSTANDING [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Dec. 14. The payment of 94,390,000 dollars is being made to-morrow by the British Government to the United States Treasury, of which sum 28,000,000 dollars is on account of repayment of principal, the balance being interest. With this amount the total payments to the United States since the funding of the British del . amounts to 1,285,750,000 dollars, of which 202,000,000 dollars has been on account of repayment of principal. The amount outstanding has been reduced to 4,389,000,000 dollars.
