FUTURE ORGANISATION NEW BILL ISSUED LONDON, Dec. 3. There has just been issued a Bill providing for the future organisation of the Salvation Army providing for the formation of a company to act as trustee for the Army’s property throughout the world, fixing the age limit for Generals, removing the General’s right to nominate a successor, the formation of an arbitration council to deal with disputes between the General and leading officers.
The Bill is unlikely to be discusser before the New Y'ear.
