REDUCED EXPENDITURE Received Dec. 4, 5.5 p.m. BERLIN, Dec. 3. The Budget was presented in the Reichstag. Expenditure totals £*!!4,000,000, being a reduction of £71,000.000 obtained mainly by cuts in civil servants’ wages and payments to the States.
