AN OMINOUS INCIDENT
GERMAN-POLISH FRONTIER NAZI STORM TROOPS ARRESTED [By Telegraph—Press Aseociation—Copyright.] Received Dec. 4, 11.5 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 4. The Berlin correspondent of the Times reports an ominous incident in view of the Nationalist Nazi agitation for the revision of the German-Polish frontier. News from Breslau states that police rounded up 350 armed uniformed Nazis at the manor house oi Herr von Oelffen, a prominent supporter of Kapp Putsch. Arms and ammunition were seized and Oelffen was arrested. Mobilisation of Nazi storm troops so near the border is interpreted as meaning that raids are intended.
