CONDITIONS AGREED TO. PARIS, Dec. 2. The Aero Club’s of Britain, France, and Italy, after a conference, upheld the British rejection of French and Italian entries for July 26, and fixed the deposit at the original sum of £l6OO, the race to be held over 50 kilometres in August or September, .1031. The venue was not announced.
