ITALIAN AVIATOR

EXPELLED BY SWISS. BERNE, Nov. 29. The Government has decided to expel the Italian aviator, Giovanni Buzzolesi. The expulsion is based on Buzzolesi’s entry into Switzerland without, a permit.

A fantastic anti-Fascist plot to fly an aeroplane across the Alps to Italy and drop pamphlets attacking Mussoiini, ended in disaster. Giovanni Buzzolesi, the pilot, lost his way in a fog when returning from the succcssfu. execution of his mission, and crashed on the top of the pass just inside the Swiss frontier. Monks picked up the pilot, who was gravely injured. The French, Swiss, and Italian Governments were worried at the diplomatic possibilities of the escapade. Buzzolesi fled from Italy in 1928.
