is hereby given that it is the x intention of the Wangachu Rabbit Board, at its meeting to be held on Wednesday, December 17, 1930, at 2 p.m., in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by Section 65 of Tho Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1928, and Sections 51 to 55 of the Rating Act, 1925, to make and levy a General Rate of Threepence (3d) per acre on the whole of the land contained in the Wangaehu Rabbit District for the period commencing April 1, 1930, and ending on the 31st. day of March, 1931. Such rate to be payable in one instalment on Thursday, the 18th day of December, 1930, at the Board’s Office. No. 7 Campbell Place, Wanganui.
