SUBSIDY ON £lOO
It was announced by the Mayor (Air W. .1. Rogers ? at last night’s . public meeting, that the £lOO made available for work on the Landguard Bluff airport by the Aero Club would carry £2 for £1 subside.
“On behalf of my council 1 have taken it upon myself to accept the offer,’’ he said, “and I am hoping that men <’ll commence work over there by next Wednesday.’’
